Ingredients

avacado oil
or olive oil

long grain rice

bone broth
chicken or beef

water

garlic

onion powder

cumin

tsp
sea salt

tsp
chili powder
1/2
tsp
pepper

can of tomato sauce
Instructions
Heat avocado or olive oil in a large skillet with tall sides over medium heat. Add the rice and and sauté until toasted and golden brown. The more toasted the better. Stir continuously to prevent burning.
Once toasted, add bone broth and water.
Immediately follow with 8 oz. can of tomato sauce and spices, stirring until well combined.
Once boiling cover with lid and reduce heat to low for 20 mins.
Remove from heat and let sit until ready to use. Fluff with fork and serve.
