Protien Energy Bites

Simple and clean protien energy bites that are great for kids and adults alike!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup organic quick oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • add ins dried cherries
  • add ins dark chocolate chips minis best!

Instructions
 

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, oats, protein powder, honey, and your chosen add-ins.

Stir until well combined. If the mixture feels too dry, add a little more peanut butter or honey. If it’s too sticky, sprinkle in extra oats.

Roll Into Balls: Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, form the mixture into bite-sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Chill: Refrigerate the bites for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.

Store: Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to one week or in the freezer for up to three months.
